GAAP net income for the third quarter 2020 was $73.2 million, or $0.76 per diluted share, compared with GAAP net income of $74.8 million, or $0.78 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP net income for the third quarter 2020 was $75.6 million, or $0.79 per diluted share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $75.3 million, or $0.79 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.

BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) reported second quarter 2020 revenue of $505 million, a 7% increase compared with $471 million in the second quarter of 2019. GAAP net income for the second quarter 2020 was $64.3 million, or $0.67 per diluted share, compared with GAAP net income of $58.9 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP net income for the second quarter 2020 was $67.7 million, or $0.71 per diluted share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $59.1 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. BWXT Appoints Martyn Coombs to lead Nuclear Medicine Business as President, BWXT ITG Canada

(BWXT ITG Canada), effective July 20, 2020. In addition to leading the existing business, Coombs will also be responsible for guiding the successful launch of BWXT’s technetium-99m generator product line currently in development, and growing the overall business.
