(NYSE: BWXT) ("BWXT", "we", "us" or the "Company") reported record revenue in the fourth quarter 2020 at $557 million, an 11% increase compared with $501 million in the fourth quarter 2019. GAAP net income for the fourth quarter 2020 was $65.7 million, or $0.69 per diluted share, compared with GAAP net income of $61.4 million, or $0.64 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter 2020 was $70.9 million, or $0.74 per diluted share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $67.9 million, or $0.71 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.
